A check-up tells you what is broken on your shop. Silent Eye shows what people do about it: where they get stuck, where they turn back and where they leave for good.
How this differs from ordinary analytics
Ordinary analytics tells you that 60% of people abandoned the cart. It does not tell you why. On your shop we already know what is broken — add a record of what visitors actually did, and “something is wrong here” turns into “people drop out at this step, and this is the fault behind it”.
How it works
- You paste a short measuring script into your site template. It is ready in your account, all you do is copy it.
- The script records how visitors move around the shop.
- That record is matched with the findings from the check-up of the same site.
- You get an analysis of where the path to the order breaks, and what to do about it.
What you should know
Nothing is measured until the script is in place. The collector accepts data only from domains we have approved, so no other site can get into your measurement. We approve a domain on request — write to us and we will switch it on.
